I had been searching for a specific used vehicle for quite a while and unfortunately several of the sales staff from most of the dealerships I enquired with sadly justified a preconceived reputation of used car salespeople, pushy, unreliable and even untruthful. Fortunately I then found THC Car Sales near Carnforth. From my initial telephone enquiry with the owner Tom, my experience with this company was nothing short of brilliant. "I think everyone will have heard of the reputation that goes with the stereotypical second hand car salesman. Well fear not folks as Tom Crabtree is not your stereotypical salesman and THC Car Sales is a second hand car sales business you can trust. I speak from experience as I have just bought my second vehicle from Tom. Three years ago I bought a Citroen Berlingo Multi-space from THC. It was a superb buy and during the purchase Tom couldn't do enough for us. Last week I traded the Berlingo in for a superb Campervan. Again, I cannot speak highly enough of the way Tom dealt with whole process. The value of the trade-in was exactly what we wanted. The patience demonstrated whilst we arranged finance over the Christmas period was very reassuring. Tom even insisted washing the Campervan again before we collected it because the inclement weather had muddied the paint work. Nothing was too much trouble.
